Place your order in a few steps:
- Choose a product: Select the desired item and add it to your shopping cart.
- Go to the shopping cart: Click on "complete order."
- Choose a payment method: You can choose "Quick checkout" or "Register and order." If you have an account, you can choose "Log in and order."
- Enter your address details: Enter your address details and choose your preferred shipping method.
- Select your payment method: Choose your payment preference and complete your order.
- Track your order: Keep an eye on your Track & Trace; your order is on its way!
Tracking your order
From the moment you place your order until the moment your package is handed over to the carrier, we will keep you informed of the status of your order via email. You can also find the status in your account.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
We strive to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. Once your order has been paid for, it will be picked, packed and shipped. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel your order after payment. If you have entered incorrect address details, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can update your address information.
Please note that we cannot change the address once the package has been shipped. However, you can always contact us to find a suitable solution together. Due to high demand and number of orders, delivery may take 3-5 days longer, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 days.

If you order on weekdays before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same day! If you order from Belgium, you will usually receive your order within 3 up to 5 working days.
