What about defective items or items with a manufacturing error?
We guarantee all our products and electronics from our range. Defective items and items with a manufacturing error can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to return the item if your purchase is more than 14 days ago.

When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days after notification of withdrawal. You will then receive the entire purchase amount back, including shipping costs. The shipping costs will only be credited if all ordered items have been returned. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?
Yes, the return costs are for you as a customer, unless the products are already damaged upon receipt.
